Stop Crime
Stop Crime

As the Mayor of the City of Whittlesea, I want to be clear, the time for talk is over. The safety and wellbeing of our community must come first.

Those who seek to commit crimes against our residents and businesses in the City of Whittlesea need to understand, this behaviour will no longer be tolerated.

I am firmly and unapologetically committed to protecting our community. That is why I am leading the development of a bold and comprehensive Crime Prevention Strategy that will soon be presented to Council. This strategy is designed to significantly disrupt and retard criminal activity across our municipality and strengthen safety in our homes, streets, and public spaces.

We will not stand by. We will take proactive, coordinated action.

Because community led, proactive crime prevention stops crime.

We all have a role to play, and I will continue to lead your Council as it continues leading from the front.
